Elevating UI: A Motion Design Showcase for Antarctica Global

As part of the team at Pineapple UX/UI Design Studio, I had the opportunity to create a motion design video that highlights the new UI enhancements for Antarctica Global. This video was crafted to immerse viewers in a modern digital experience, showcasing how thoughtful UI can shape the identity and usability of a brand.

Concept & Goals

The objective was to bring Antarctica Global’s refined user interface to life, going beyond static layouts by creating dynamic 3D visualizations. The design leverages satisfying depth of field and fluid transitions, aiming to:

• Highlight consulting strategy and tech vision.

• Illustrate a seamless flow between frontend, backend, and cloud services.

• Present a narrative that blends brand personality with robust digital capabilities.

Design & Motion Approach

The motion design uses a minimalist yet captivating style, accentuating the UI's hierarchy and clarity through subtle animations and layered compositions. Key elements include:

• UI Layers presented in 3D: Providing a sense of depth and realism.

• Smooth Zooms and Pans: Directing attention while maintaining a satisfying visual rhythm.

• Cinematic Depth of Field: Drawing focus to interface highlights and accentuating key content areas.

• Typography and Color: Integrating the brand’s custom fonts and palette, reinforcing Antarctic Global’s identity.

Tools & Workflow

• Adobe XD: Designed the original user interface screens and wireframes, ensuring accurate brand representation.

• After Effects: Animated the UI components, adding 3D depth, transitions, and realistic focus effects.

Impact
